Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Apply principles of Structural Mechanics, Dynamics, Vibrations, Statistics, and Aeroelasticity to evaluate structural performance.
• Select appropriate materials for structural components based on mechanical properties, load requirements, environmental conditions, and design constraints with strong expertise requires in Composite Materials.
• Experience in Weight Optimization of structural components to enhance performance and efficiency while maintaining strength and safety.
• Conduct Static and Dynamic structural analysis to validate designs using FEM/FEA tools such as ANSYS, MSC NASTRAN/PATRAN, COMSOL, and ABAQUS.
• Generate and apply various Load Cases, including flight loads, aerodynamic loads, and other operational loads, using theoretical calculations and software.
• Support Aeroelasticity studies, including flutter, divergence, and gust response analyses.
• Ensure all structural analyses, material selection, and load calculations comply with industry standards and airworthiness requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural integrity, safety, and design compliance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
