Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Computer Skills
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning, additional experience in inventory control is considered a plus (Preferably in aviation or automotive industry)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Production Planning Support
Assist in creating detail production plans and work orders as per master schedule.
Follow up on daily and weekly production progress, comparing planned vs. actual output.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely issuance of work orders.
Prepare and share basic production performance updates with the supervisor.
Support configuration control
Inventory Control
Monitor stock levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
Coordinate with warehouse to ensure materials are issued and received as per production needs.
Maintain accurate records of serial-wise material usage in ERP.
Report low stock levels or discrepancies to the Production Planning Engineer.
Data & Reporting
Update ERP with changes in production plans, material requirements, and inventory movements.
Support in preparing KPI and status reports.
Assist in compiling method/time study data and other improvement-related information.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with warehouse, production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in improvement initiatives for efficiency in production and material handling processes.
