UAV Assembly:

  • Assemble UAVs and their mechanical components according to engineering drawings and assembly procedures with precision and attention to detail.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance measures during assembly to uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct inspections at various stages of assembly to identify any defects or issues and rectify them promptly.

Final Assembly:

  • Perform final inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of the assembled UAVs before they are commissioned for use.
  • Ensure that all components are securely fastened and properly aligned to guarantee optimal functionality and safety.

Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on UAV systems and components to prevent issues and ensure continuous optimal functionality.
  • Perform repairs as needed, addressing any mechanical issues promptly to maintain UAV performance and safety standards.

Tool Utilization:

  • Utilize a wide range of power and hand tools proficiently to assemble, disassemble, maintain, and repair UAV components effectively.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, maintenance activities, and repair work to track progress and ensure accountability.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols throughout the assembly, maintenance, and repair processes to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
