Experience & Abilities:
- 2-3 years of experience in harness design and manufacturing, avionics repair and integration in Aviation, Automotive Industry
- Must be able to read technical drawings/use design programs
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Avionics Components Integration:
- Execute the integration of avionics components into UAV systems with precision and adherence to engineering specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper placement and connectivity of avionics components within UAV structures
- Pre-Integration Checks:
- Conduct thorough quality and power-on checks of pre-integration components and harnesses to verify functionality and identify any potential issues before integration
- Electronics Components Repair:
- Perform repairs on electronic components to address faults and ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Functional Fault Rectification:
- Identify and rectify faults during functional checks of integrated electronics systems, utilizing troubleshooting skills and technical expertise to ensure proper functionality
- Electrical Harness Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical harnesses to resolve connectivity issues and ensure proper power distribution within UAV systems
- Work Orders Documentation and Quality Control:
- Maintain detailed documentation of work orders and integration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Enforce quality control measures throughout the integration process to uphold the highest standards of performance and reliability
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols throughout the assembly, maintenance, and repair processes to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
