Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Conducting aerodynamic and aerothermal CFD analyses of aircraft and their sub-components.
• Creating a detailed CFD database of aircraft and subcomponents according to various parameters, visualizing, interpreting and reporting the analysis data.
• Conducting aerodynamic design, layout and optimization studies.
• Contribute to tool development and process automation (e.g., CFD workflow scripts, post-processing automation).
• Collaborate with structures, flight dynamics, and propulsion teams to ensure aerodynamic solutions align with overall vehicle performance targets.
• Performing aerodynamic analyses with alternative methods (VLM, Panel, DATCOM, etc.).
• Development of CFD analysis methods and tools.
• Determination of aircraft critical load conditions and CFD analysis.
• Carrying out concept design studies in new product and subcomponent development processes.
• Carrying out air inlet design and optimization studies.
• Analysis of aircraft test data and examination of special conditions observed in tests.
